ParlayTracker Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

ParlayTracker is a personal notebook for tracking bets you place somewhere else — it does not accept wagers, process bets, or connect to any sportsbook. Because it does so little with your data, this policy is short.

What stays on your device (and your own iCloud)

Everything you enter into ParlayTracker — tickets, legs, stakes, notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, that data is synced through your own personal iCloud account (via Apple's CloudKit) to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID. We never see this data, have no server of our own that stores it, and cannot access it. It stays inside your Apple account exactly the way a Notes or Reminders entry does.

What we don't collect

• No user accounts, sign-ups, or logins of our own
• No analytics or usage-tracking SDKs
• No advertising networks or ad identifiers
• No data sold, rented, or shared with third parties
• No server operated by us that stores your bet history

Scanning a slip (camera)

If you use "Scan a Slip," the app uses your device's camera to photograph a printed betting slip and reads the text on-device to help prefill a ticket. That photo and its extracted text are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or stored anywhere outside the app.

Live scores and odds

To show live win probability and game status, ParlayTracker fetches publicly available sports data (scores, schedules, odds) from third-party sports-data sources. These requests only ask for public game information — they don't send any of your personal bet data, and they aren't tied to an account or identity.

In-app purchases (tip jar)

Tips are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Your payment information is handled by Apple — it never passes through or is stored by ParlayTracker.

Children

ParlayTracker is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age required to legally engage with sports betting content in their region.
